Refund Policy
If you cancel a contracted project at any point after the work commences, you will be liable for all work charges incurred up to the cancellation point.
Once you agree for a site to go live on the internet, then you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the work and no future refunds can be given for the fees paid.
Website Hosting
A website hosting contract may be cancelled up to 7 days after the account has been set up and a full refund will given minus an £10 administration fee. After 7 days, neither a full or partial refund based on the remaining months of a year’s hosting fee can be given.
Refund in Full
In order to obtain a refund in full for your selected services you must request one in writing or on the phone with an account manager within 72 hours of ordering. We carry out no work on your website beyond evaluation and the creation of a marketing plan and competition analysis for the first 72 hours of your subscription. So 72 hours is ample time for you to change your mind should you chose to do so.
Partial Refund
From the 72 hour period (3 days) to day 14 you will be eligible for a partial refund. You will receive your refund less any purchases of services or link building we have done on your behalf up until that point. You will continue to receive those services under this agreement as once they are created, most can not be removed. You also agree that we will also deduct 15% of your original payment for personnel costs we have incurred servicing your account up to this point.
No Refund
After the initial 14 days of starting your subscription for services, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund of any kind. By this time we have invested many hours in time, creatives creation, link building, and other marketing efforts to build your brand. If you wish us to no longer provide you services we will stop all work on your account at this point. However, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time and receive any refund due pursuant to our refund policy. You will not be auto-billed on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice requesting payment for the upcoming months services, however if you don’t pay, we don’t work on your account! This is a great system as you remember to stay in contact with us, and we get to update you on how well things are going on a regular basis!
